The blade of my Cobra has loosened up slightly with use. How do I tighten it?

Please be careful when adjusting your Cobra, we take no responsibility for the damages that this action may cause to the knife.
The blade pivots on two socket head cap screws located on opposite sides of the knife body. These are adjustable as follows:
  1. Gently tighten the socket head cap screw on the opposite side of the push button approximately 1/10 turn clockwise with a 5/64" (or metric equivelent) Allen wrench.
  2. Operate the knife's action to check the effect, then proceed to the opposite side if necessary.
  3. If the blade fails to open all the way, back off both screws equally by turning them counter clockwise until the blade moves freely again.
  4. Repeat these steps until the desired effect is achieved. Your knife can be returned to it's new condition, however, be cautious not to over tighten.
