The Piranha 8"1/4 knife is something new for the cutlery industry of Maniago, Italy, as it moves towards the modern lines of automatics.

This is not the classical hand-made Italian knife, but an high-quality machine-build knife. However, behind these new production processes, there's always the expert knifemaker.

The Piranha is available in two handle colors: Black ABS and Brown ABS.
